Food: To keep with the floral theme, consider having rosewater lemonade or a fruit and flower salad made with edible flowers such as nasturtiums, pansies or violets. Mini quiches decorated with edible flowers also make a delicious addition to your menu.
Dessert: Imagine a pink (or blue?) ombre cake with delicate daisies, or a classic twist with edible florals.
Shower Favors: Well, we may be biased, but choose from either of our floral Baby in Bloom theme champagne baby shower tags. A nod to retro with our Retro Daisy Baby in Bloom, or classic Baby in Bloom featuring a fresh spring mix of florals.
Activities: Keep guests engaged with a flower arranging station or provide a photo booth with backdrops of botanicals. Choose flowers such as roses, hydrangeas, and daisies to provide a classic and romantic feel to the event.
With its delicate flowers, romantic blush hues, and whimsical touches, the Baby in Bloom theme is the perfect way to welcome a new little one into the world. And with our ideas for invitations, décor, food, favors, and activities, you’re sure to have a shower that everyone will cherish.
Caterer: Don Tito’s Paella
Balloons: Tuftex. I created the circle backdrop and additional garlands.
Florist: Ordered bulk flowers and pampas from Plenty Flowers. Sofia’s mom Carmen and I created the arrangements.
Oh Baby circle: AdorenStudio on Etsy. I then spray painted it using Rustoleum Metallic Gold.

Baby Mama Vanessa was absolutely glowing in every picture. Such a Mama fashionista - look how gorgeous her dress is!
Friends and family showered Baby Mama Vanessa with tons of gifts to prepare her for her lifelong journey with Baby Meira.
Never understimate the gift of a baseball cap! Comes in handy on those days when extra cuddle time replaces hair prep time. Score!
The dessert table was stacked high with delicious treats. Mini strawberry parfaits served in mason jars looked almost too good to eat!
Almost.
"Let's Celebrate" - and that they did! A mobile bar provided by 305 Cheers was a perfect way to allow guests to help themselves to liquid refreshment. The bar is actually a restored three wheeled 1984 Cushman Truckster. What a unique addition to any event!
Our green wreath champagne baby shower favor tags were tied around mini bottles of La Marca Prosecco. Guests are invited to toast and cheer upon the arrival of Baby Meira.
We are so grateful to be a part of your special day, Vanessa. Here's to a lifetime of love and happiness to you and your family. Cheers!

Hands down to raising the bar on last-minute baby shower prep! ✨ If you're looking to be baby-shower-inspired, you must check out this shower by @cestcc.
With the help of her husband, she pulled off the dreamiest of baby showers with less than a month's notice: From @cestcc: When my mama offered to throw me a shower while overseas, I knew that also meant I had to plan the whole thing myself (panic mode!). A HUGE thank you to my husband who went above and beyond to help me put together the dreamiest shower in less than a month. Thank you again to friends and family who celebrated this milestone with us. Can’t wait for my family to fly over and meet the bébé when she arrives 👶🏻 #babyshower #30weeks #love 📷

Family and friends celebrated the glowing Mama-to-be at a simple at home get together in beautiful Oceanport, New Jersey.
]]>Owner of Trademark Boutique, this Baby Mama Tina knows a thing or two about style!
Photographer Kelee Bovelle did a spectacular job at capturing special moments for the lovely Baby Mama Tina.
Gold stars rained down on the scrumptious monochromatic dessert table. All About Dessert provided ethereal star shaped cookies and a celestial cake. 🌟 Twinkling cupcakes swirled with icing looked heavenly!
Sweet baby girl clothes on display with the string of gold stars - cozy, simple, and fabulous!
Guests were given mini bottles of bubbly to pop when Baby Mama Tina pops to celebrate the newest star of the family - beautiful Baby Olivia Grace!
We here at Pop It When She Pops were over the moon to contribute to your special day, Tina! Wishing you and your family all the best, and - of course- a very bright future for Baby Olivia Grace!

Baby Mama Ashley’s backyard was transformed into a tropical oasis.
A sophisticated and elegant color palette of green hues and subtle touches of gold transported guests deep into the jungle.
]]>Baby Mama Ashley’s backyard was transformed into a tropical oasis.
A sophisticated color palette of green hues and subtle touches of gold transported guests deep into the jungle.
The main table was draped in a white linen tablecloth setting the stage for eucalyptus and a wooden bead rope to dance. The soft, muted colors accompanied by the pops of gold on the taper candlestick holders gave this shower a clean and classic look.
Matte white vases filled with white pampas grass served as the centerpieces.
The dessert table featured a stunning sage green cake created by Grace Bayer. The gold sprinkles tie perfectly into the color palette. Even the cake stand featured a hint of gold seen throughout Ashley’s shower.
Not only was there a fabulous cake, but the dessert table also included decadent cupcakes and festive cake pops.
We’re loving the mini gold giraffe and elephant – a chic way to tie in the safari theme.

The uber talented Carmen Sarahi created not only the handmade centerpieces for Baby Mama Delilahs pink and gold baby extravaganza, but she also created the photography backdrop, balloons, and cake table decor!
And speaking of cake - ohhh baby that gold drip cake by Honeybee Cakes @ilovehoneybeecakes is fit for a swan princess!
The supremely feminine, fantastically fluffy pink swan cupcake toppers by @_mommyinaction_ set the stage for scintillating sweet treats for Baby Mama Delilahs guests!
And what better parting gift than some pink champagne to pop when Baby Mama Delilah pops!
We here at Pop It When She Pops were tickled pink to be included in your special day! We wish you, your beautiful Arielle and family every happiness!

Just because guests were driving by and not mingling doesn’t mean that any detail was spared. With decor and colors that made us feel like we stepped into a boho-tropical jungle instead of on flat pavement, the colorful and warm palette was perfectly fitting for Chelsea’s rainbow baby.
Fresh eucalyptus branches and other potted plants of lush greenery adorned the main table and waiting area. Monochromatic pink balloons and metallic streamers added some glam to the otherwise natural vibe.
Chelsea was absolutely glowing in pink and gold as she received guests from a safe distance in her boho wicker throne.
Of course, even the treats shared the natural vibe of the day. Novell’s Nom Noms (@novellsnomnoms) created delicately decorated cookies in the shape of palm leaves and wreaths.
Kelly Cannolis (@Kelly_Cannoli) brought some New York flair to the table with a towering cannoli cake that looked almost too good to eat.
For those who couldn’t stay for the cake cutting, cupcakes made the perfect transport friendly alternative.
We were honored to see our champagne tags featured on miniature champagne bottles for guests to take home with them. These boho-greenery themed champagne favors invited guests to Pop It When She Pops! We hope they joined in for a collective toast upon Baby Echo’s arrival.
Thanks for sharing your special day with us, Chelsea! We hope you had a safe delivery and are feeling like you’re in a tropical paradise with baby Echo.

The hostess used robin's egg blue, white and teal balloons, and sparkly silver letters as the backdrop for capturing these special moments in Baby Mama Victoria’s life.
A traditional bassinet was adorned with white tulle and swaddled mini baby blue champagne bottles to 'Pop' when Mama Victoria 'Pops'.
We absolutely love the blue ribbon and itsy bitsy rattle - such a sweet and sophisticated added touch to the bottles of bubbly.
The cake table was beautifully dressed in robin’s egg blue, with darling little bird figurines to match the adorable baby bird cake made by Delish Cakes for Baby Mama Victoria. The tie in with the color theme is spot on with the silver frames showcasing Victoria’s pregnancy, Baby Burd’s sonogram, and the baby shower invitation.
The charming little tree’s with the silver nest and baby blue birds are simply im-peck-able!
We here at Pop It When She Pops were delighted to be included in Baby Mama Victoria’s special day and we are beyond egg-cited for her growing family!

From Baby Mama Natalie:
"I have to give the amazing detail credit and party planning to my sister in law. She has a wonderful eye for color scheme! It was an amazing baby shower, everything was perfect."
Thanks to the planning efforts of friends Ann Harrison (@annharrison), Jennifer Byerly, and Evelyn Hatfield, Mama Sarah enjoyed a heavenly shower at Evelyn’s home.
The eclectic decor of Evelyn Hatfield’s house brought a unique vibe to the gathering. A collection of African masks provided one the coolest backdrops to mini champagne bottle favors we’ve ever seen. Mom-to-be Sarah looked gorgeous in her pastel pleated maxi dress. We loved seeing her surrounded and supported by friends and family. Guests were able to enjoy a charcuterie platter as they mingled and celebrated Sarah’s growing family. For dessert, an out-of-this-world three layer cake reminded us of the wonder and possibilities of new motherhood. Nothing brings guests together like a good baby shower game! Sarah and her family used the occasion to learn the sex of their baby. Guests were invited to pick a baby rubber duck to guess whether Baby would be a boy or girl. The blues won the game when Sarah and her husband found out they’d be welcoming a son: Baby Boy Graham. Thank you for letting us be part of your special day, Sarah! We hope the first few months of motherhood have been full of warmth and wonder. We were thrilled to see our Pop tags at Maren’s Nashville babyshower back in February. But the birth of baby Hayes hasn’t been the only thing to celebrate in 2020 for the pop-country star! On September 16th, Maren Morris accepted the award of Female Artist of the Year at the American Country Music Awards (ACMA).
We’re sure no one was surprised when she included Baby Hayes in her thank you speech.
“This is an award I never thought I would get to win,” she said. “So thank you to the voters, thank you to my beautiful husband. And my new baby boy, Hayes, who is definitely asleep right now — I hope!"
We hope baby Hayes slept through the awards too, Maren!
Winning Female Artist of the Year at the ACMAs is no small feat for any woman, but it’s especially empowering to see a new mom stand up and accept the award.
That’s not to say that motherhood has been all smooth sailing.
Since announcing the birth of son Hayes in March of this year, Maren has opened up about her struggle with postpartum depression. While up to 80% of new moms experience some degree of the baby blues, postpartum depression is a clinical illness that can be helped with proper treatment.
In an interview with CBS This Morning, Maren described feeling like she was drowning. She said, “You’re trying to become a new mother and good parent and do everything right, and you just feel like you suck at every level.”
Fortunately, she has said that she feels like she’s getting back to normal, in part thanks to phone therapy she was able to do during the pandemic. “I’m kinda coming through the tunnel now. I feel back to normal” and added, “fortunately I was able to phone therapy during the pandemic.”
September was also the month that Hayes turned 6 months old. Maren shared a sweet photo and wish on her Instagram:
We see you all of you doing your best, Mamas, even when it feels hard. With every popped champagne, we cheer to honor YOU and all that you do for yourselves and your families.
If you or someone you love is struggling with postpartum depression, help is available. Talk with your partner and healthcare provider, or visit the Postpartum Support International website for free resources.

Once guests arrived, they were promptly welcomed by the host and I. Instead of a sign in sheet, guests left a cute personalized note on wooden hearts which were inserted into a frame that surrounded a 3D sonogram of Lil'Langston Alexander.
Some of the appetizers offered were truffle caviar deviled eggs, braised short rib tacos, ahi tuna bites, crab cakes, and caprese salad skewers. In addition to these delectable bites, the cheese and charcuterie table and heavy dessert table were enjoyed by the guests.
The open bar included wines, champagne, beer, and a signature cocktail created by the restaurant named "the Langston Alexander". It was a refreshing blue hued vodka and lime martini which bubbled and smoked... a hit at the party!
Since we had a large group, typical shower games were not played. Instead we held a diaper raffle and the winner received a $100 gift card to the restaurant.
After the generous gift opening portion of the party finished, we sincerely thanked all our friends and family that showed their support and surrounded us with love.
Guests left with the perfect little gift... a mini bottle of bubbly with a tag that read "Pop the Bubbly when Liz Pops and baby Langston arrives!" It was the perfect touch to continue the celebration after the shower and our guests really loved it!
The following week, we received messages saying it was such a beautiful party and the best baby shower they've been to because of all the details and touches.
Thank you for being a part of our celebration and being one of the extremely memorable parts of the shower for everyone in attendance.

What could possibly be better than one baby celebration? The answer is always MORE - more baby celebrations! For Baby Mama Judy her fellow registered nurse co-workers and friends showered her with so many amazing gifts at work; but then her close friends also surprised Baby Mama Judy with an intimate and elegant tea party baby shower at the gorgeous Morning Lavendar Cafe in Tustin, CA.
The cafe provided not only a stunning shabby chic locale, they also catered the event with their delicious selections of teas and finger sandwiches.
We just love their use of mismatch patterned china and their namesake lavender as their centerpieces - feminine and perfect. Check out our recent blog post featuring our watercolor tags for Baby Boi Blue - Mama Sandy’s dainty baby shower also held at the charming Morning Lavender Cafe!
Baby Mama Judy's girlfriends did a wonderful job showering her and her new baby girl with love. Everyone walked away with big smiles, and of course some bubbly to Pop When She Pops in celebration of sweet baby Harper!
We can’t wait to say Hello gorgeous to your newest bundle of joy!
Congratulations, Judy and family! We are grateful for being a part of your special day!

Southern Florida has never shined so bright! Baby Mama Gabby and her partner Chris hosted their gorgeous baby shower at the Lake of the Meadows Clubhouse in Miami to celebrate their first baby!
Baby Audrey was celebrated with elegant decor of white, gold and pink.
Guests were welcomed like royalty with our personalized 'Pop it when she pops' champagne baby shower favors. The bottles of bubbly were placed at each regal setting complete with gold chargers and gold rimmed glasses. 👑
Chairs covered in white with pink accents were such a nice touch, thanks to @miamipartyrentaldecor. The white hydrangea and pink rose centerpieces were so feminine and elegant. All of these details really set the tone for a gorgeous baby shower.
The event was catered by @Foodbydn. The beautiful balloon accents were provided by @milva305balloons_decor. And the flower wall - oh my goodness - the artistry of the flower wall with sweet Baby girls name at the center - all thanks to @flowerwallrentals and miamiflowerwalls!
The sweet treats and delicate drip cake were thanks to the talents of @cookies_n_all and @miamicustom_cakes_events.
Guests were given mini bottles of Rose to Pop When Gabby Pops! Imagine inviting each guest to a collective toast upon Baby Audrey's arrival. Sip Sip, Hooray!
Baby Mama Gabby looked stunning in her all white maternity gown.
You can see the love this family shares and it is more precious than any gold in the world.
We here at Pop it When She Pops were thrilled to be a part of such a special occasion in your lives. We wish you and your new bundle of pink perfection a lifetime of happiness!
]]>Simple, pretty, and dainty - the perfect combination to celebrate a new baby girl! Hostess Stephanie McKenna, owner of Chic Alors Decor, did a magnificent job at creating a delicate yet elegant shower for Baby Mama Haley.
Guests were welcomed with a chalkboard sign and a delightful basket filled with stunning pink and white flowers. The pinkalicious whimsy continued inside with abundant floral displays, a clothes line with the sweetest baby girl outfits and a cute diaper cake for Mama to be to take home!
A mason jar of baby’s breath and a galvanized bucket vase filled with gorgeous blossoms paired beautifully with Henkell rosé for Haley’s guests to pop in celebration when Mama pops!
And just look at the glowing Mama to be in her beautiful floral dress about to cut into the delicious looking naked drip cake courtesy of The Quest for Cakes Bakery (@thequestforcakesbakery) out of Ontario, CA.
We at Pop It When She Pops wish Baby Mama Haley and family an enchanting new beginning with your sweet baby girl!
]]>
DIY BFF Claire utilized Etsy and her own craftiness to bring together the decor for Baby Mama Haley’s special day. She used green leaves, stunning white flowers and glittery gold accents to bring it all together. ‘I made the other half of the decor on my own including the balloon garland over the cake table and the tassel garlands.’
Speaking of cake, just look at this tall tower of sweetness thanks to Sweet Frostings. I’m not lion when I say, It looks absolutely delicious!
Baby Mama Haley’s guests were able to leave their gender predictions and take home some bubbly to pop when she pops!
We wish Haley and family a roar-some new beginning with their new bundle of joy!
Cheers, friends!
‘My vision for our shower was simplistic. We didn’t play games. Instead I wanted the focus to be good food, music, love, and positivity. My grandma recently passed from cancer, and we will be honoring her beautiful spirit by having our daughter share the middle name of Mae. The sun was shining, and there was lots of laughter and love surrounding us. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful shower!’
This united female front which included both Grandmamas to be, Lindsey’s sister, and sister-in-laws helped plan this gorgeous tropical jubilee. The Pier W (@pierwcleveland / pierw.com) right on Lake Erie in Cleveland was the perfect setting for their chosen decor of lush green and white floral (courtesy of @urbanorchidfloral).
Amanda Adey did an absolutely beautiful job capturing Baby Mama Lindsey’s special day. You can find more of Amanda’s work at amandaadeyphotography.com or on instagram @amanda80photography. And can we please take a moment to appreciate that cake?!? It was hand painted by the uber talented @kelseyelizabethcakes. It is modern, gorgeous, and it definitely leaves an impression (get it?!)
Each guest walked away from this tropical oasis with a bottle of Prosecco to pop when Baby Domenico arrived!
And pop she did! Such a cutie pie! Baby Daddy is a music producer so Baby Domenico is being prepped for the studio: 🎧
A special tip from Baby Mama Lindsey:
"I asked everyone on the invite to bring their gift unwrapped to display, instead of putting everyone through the agony of watching me open gifts (I worded this in a cute way though). This also was a “green” option to save on paper. I loved it and it saved me from the anxiety of being put on the spot more than I had to. To take up time we created an art table for the kids to paint blocks for Domenico's nursery, it was super cute."
Congratulations to Baby Mama Lindsey and family! We were so happy to be a part of your celebration before this little mans arrival. Best wishes to you all!

Hosted in Marla's home, Baby Mama Alexa and her guests were greeted with a cute-as-can-be Onesie clothes line, silver dollar eucalyptus and pink flower decor, and don’t EVEN get me started on that charcuterie tray!!
I swore the shower must have been catered, but the girls actually shopped at Costco and the local grocery stores. Impeccably staged, ladies! Who’s hungry now?!
The celebration was topped off with a mom-osa bar where the champagne was kept colorfully cool in ice cubes filled with brilliant purple status and brightly colored carnations.
From Grandma Marla: "...we discussed whether or not we would do edible flowers versus decorative. After visiting several florists we learned that edible flowers have to be pre-ordered in advance. So that wasn’t an option! After discussing flower choices the Rose Garden florist in Barnegat NJ suggested bright colored carnations, purple status and green trick carnations. Needless to say they were extremely easy to cut with scissors to make a 'confetti' that easily was sprinkled into the ice trays. Lo and behold, beautiful decorative ice cubes."
Miniature bottles of champagne were given as favors to each guest inviting them to enjoy a toast when Baby Lively arrives. Cheers!
This dedication on the just goes to show that with a little determination and a whole lot of heart, a DIY at home shower can be what baby shower dreams are made of. Thank you, Marla, for sharing photos of this very special day.
We wish Mama Alexa and Baby Lively health, happiness and a vibrant beginning!

Love is in the air at this Valentine’s Day-inspired shower. Hosted at family friend’s beautiful Spanish style home located in Hancock Park - an area of Los Angeles - this baby shower has it all! European style decor, hearts spilling over, and even an appearance by hunky actor Dad-to-be, Kelly Marcus (@itsamarcus).
The entryway sets the tone for the entire event. Can you imagine heading home from market with baguettes and fresh flowers in this vintage cruiser?
What we love most is the simplicity and outdoorsy feel. Simple greenery, pink velvet table runners, and would you look at that Bebé inspired wall decor? Handmade by host and grandmother-to-be, @tee_davidson.This Bebé is in good hands!
... Of course all that wine doesn’t hurt when celebrating!
I can't take my eyes off the beautiful mom-to-be! A perfect centerpiece for the bottles of bubbly guests will pop and toast when baby Daisy Blake makes her much anticipated appearance.
Parents to be, Kelly and Whitney Marcus. If genetics play a factor, this is going to be one GORGEOUS baby! You are stunning, Mama!
... as also proven by this photo of Grandmother to be with Baby Mama. It's all in the genes! Such a beautiful family, a wonderful occasion.

The recipe for the perfect baby shower - a splash of elegance, a sprinkle of sophistication, and a dash of breathtaking views! We’re pretty sure that’s the recipe hostess @courtylambs used to pull off Baby Mama Brittany’s baby shower!
The event was held at the gorgeous Liberty House Restaurant in Jersey City (libertyhouserestaurant.com). The restaurant is located in Liberty State Park and offers stunning views of the New York City skyline.
Hostess Courtney did an amazing job bringing friends and family together to help celebrate Baby Mama Brittany (@britt_otto) and her new baby boy. With the help of event planner Christina Hope (@cocohope85) - they created a beautiful baby shower worth remembering.
The crisp white linens, the off white roses and baby blue hydrangea bouquet centerpieces, and of course the mini champagne bottles for guests to Pop It When She Pops, set the tone for Baby Mama Brittany’s special day.
The cake looks to-die-for-delicious, it’s simplistic and elegant, the perfect addition to this baby boy soiree!
The gift table was overflowing with generous gifts for the new family. And how sweet are those little baby boy outfits on the clothesline for their new little Knight!
The talented Brittany Bott of Brittany Bott Photography (@brittanybottphotography/ www.brittanybott.com) did an amazing job capturing Baby Mama Brittany, looking stunning in her all white high low dress, and all of the surrounding beauty that was her special day.
